Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
What Can Be Exchanged
You may exchange items for:
- A different size of the same item
- A different color of the same item (subject to availability)
- A different style of equal or greater value
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the size or style you'd like instead. Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your exchange will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
